Tanya Schindler is the Broker of record at South Central Real Estate. Tanya has sold properties in all areas of Houston as well as farms and ranches throughout Austin, Colorado, Lavaca, Gonzales, Fayette and Milam counties. Tanya received her salesperson license in 2003 and broker license in 2010 and started South Central Real Estate in 2012. Tanya is married to Joe Schindler of Schulenburg. She and Joe reside in Colorado County and enjoy spending time with LJ, Katherine and Kyle Schindler. Tanya has served on the Board for the Schulenburg-Weimar area Parents as Teachers, and the Board for Fayette County Tourism Association. Tanya is also a member of the Navidad Valley Cattlewomen, HLSR Judging Contest Committee as well as many committees at St Rose of Lima Catholic School in Schulenburg for fundraising.

Linda comes to real estate from a business background, having been involved in the accounting operations of a family business for over 16 years.

Linda is a Texas native from Robertson County with deep roots in rural Texas. She moved to her Flatonia ranch from Houston thirty plus years ago. When her children were young, they were active in 4-H and FFA projects, and Linda served as Flatonia’s 4-H Club Manager for ten years. Her children are now grown and married; and she is very proud of her four grandchildren, Harper, Tate, Ben and Levi. She is a member of the Flatonia United Methodist Church where she is a member of the church choir. She has served on Fayette Power Plant’s Citizen Advisory Committee.

Linda continues to further her knowledge of rural real estate and to stay abreast of the market trends by attending the Texas Rural Land Institute conferences. Linda truly enjoys meeting people and helping them find properties that match their wants and need.

Audra Mica Janecka has been a sales associate since 2007. She enjoys searching the countryside looking for properties to fit her client's wants and needs.

Audra grew up in Flatonia. After high school graduation, she attended Texas A & M University in College Station and graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics. Throughout the years, she has spent some time working for her Dad at his fertilizer business. This has given her some extra insight about the properties surrounding the Flatonia area. She likes to gather all the knowledge she can when preparing to show property to a client.  Audra married Danny Janecka II and they have three children. She is a member of the Flatonia Baptist Church, Women's Action Guild, Flatonia Athletic Booster Club and Flatonia Little League Association. She enjoys donating her time to coaching softball and baseball teams. She also loves to spend time hunting and fishing with her family.

Boone is a native of Fayette County and was born and raised in Schulenburg.  Since graduation from Schulenburg High in 1999 and Texas A&M in 2003 (Finance) / 2007 (Master of Real Estate), Boone has resided in both Houston and Flatonia while working as a Certified General Appraiser for the largest privately held commercial real estate services firm in the nation.  He brings transactional knowledge and valuation expertise of commercial properties as well as farm and ranch properties throughout South Central Texas to the office. He is here to serve you and your real estate needs.

Former Broker/owner of Carol Littlefield Properties, has been a real estate broker since 1979, and owned her brokerage business in Flatonia, Texas, since 1983. Previously, she sold real estate in Midland, Texas. She has extensive knowledge of Fayette County, most especially in the southern part of the county. She is current on market prices and trends in the county, having listed and sold properties in the area for many years. Carol’s knowledge also extends to surrounding areas, in Lavaca, Colorado and Gonzales counties. She enjoys an excellent reputation, and is widely known for her expertise and professionalism.  Carol sold this business to JT Schindler Investments, Inc (Joe & Tanya Schindler) on June 1, 2013. Carol will stay involved in the real estate industry (with more time off) and always remain available to help any way she can.

Joe was born and raised in Schulenburg, Fayette County, Texas. After High School, Joe moved to Houston to build his business and establish great friendships. Joe has always been involved with real estate in Fayette, Colorado, Lavaca and surrounding counties. He owns Prime Industries in Schulenburg which is a blow molding facility that manufactures plastic bottles.  Joe is on the board of directors of The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and was the first chairman of the Judging Contest Committee. Joe has served on the Schulenburg Chamber of Commerce for 6 years.  Joe and Tanya Schindler moved back "Home" to the country from Houston in 2005.  Joe has a daughter, Katherine and 2 sons, Kyle and LJ (yes, Little Joe).  We are very happy to be back in South Central Texas full time and look forward to serving the needs of the communities.  My grandfather told me "Make a Friend Everyday" and I live by that.  Let's meet.

Jeanette is a native Houstonian who has been involved in all things ranch life from an early age.  She graduated from University of Houston (University Park) and spent some 30 years as a Teacher of 3rd, 4th, and 6th graders within our local counties.  She is involved with her ranch activities, church (Faith Lutheran in Weimar, along with continuing involvement with her grown sons.
